Bower Events is led by Erica Thomas and Sasha Stone. Two creatives with an eye for detail and a deep appreciation for what makes a celebration meaningful.
With backgrounds in design, hospitality and storytelling, they bring both structure and intuition to the process, guiding with clarity and leaving space for moments to unfold naturally.

Friends since middle school, Sasha and Erica bring a rare kind of ease to their work together — the kind that comes from years of shared history, trust and knowing exactly how the other thinks.

Now raising their children alongside one another, they understand the beauty of gathering, the importance of details and the way a well-planned celebration can become part of a family’s story. Together, they make a natural team: thoughtful, creative, calm under pressure and deeply invested in creating weddings that feel as good as they look.

As a restaurateur for nearly a decade, she’s spent years creating spaces that feel warm, welcoming and unforgettable — where every detail, from lighting to music to the final course of the evening, shapes how people experience a space.

With an instinctive eye for aesthetics and a passion for beautiful entertaining, Sasha is especially drawn to weddings that feel immersive and personal. Her design approach is rooted in atmosphere: layered tablescapes, thoughtful flow, meaningful details and spaces that invite guests to settle in and stay awhile.

Her background in hospitality also brings a unique perspective to the guest experience itself. From cocktail hour pacing to lounge layouts to how a dinner service actually feels throughout the evening, Sasha approaches weddings with both creativity and intention.
